Decora Events Canada Return Policy Explained (2024 Version)

If you shop at Decora Shop, you should educate yourself about the store's return policy.

You can return virtually everything you buy at Decora Events Canada with a few exceptions.

 

Decora Events Canada Return Policy allows to return any buy within 30 days. This is generous! But there are some exceptions that we need to list below.The exception to the 30-day return policy are applied to a handful of product categories.

There are also certain products that you cannot return if you bought it at a Decora Online Store.

Event Cancellation Policy for Event Decorations

 

  • Cancellation Notice: A minimum notice of 2 weeks before the event date is required to cancel your rental and decorations.

  • Cancellation Fees: Fees may apply, amounting to 10% of the total order.

​

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation notice and fee structure. Some deposits may be non-refundable.

​

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling options may be available; please contact us to discuss alternative dates.

​

  • Notification: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
